Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education

Across October–December 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology social programmes carried out multiple local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

The roundup references work in Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council eu news ukraine of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone.
